예수님께서는 십자가를
지시기 전 겟세마네에서
드리셨던 기도에는 하나님의
뜻과 자신의 뜻 간에 갈등이
있었음을 알 수 있습니다.

예수님은 피할 수 있다면 피하고
싶어서 “이 잔을 없애달라”고
기도하셨습니다.

육신을 가지신 예수님 자신의
뜻과 의지와 소원이 하나님의
뜻과 충돌하고 있었습니다.

그러나 예수님은 그 기도
속에서 결국 자신의 뜻을
포기함으로 바꾸셨습니다.

내 뜻과 그분의 거룩한 뜻이
충돌할 때 자신의 원하는 바를
내려놓고 바꾸어야 온전히
하나님의 뜻을 붙들 수 있습니다.
